- Opening hours : The L\'Oursin restaurant welcomes you every evening, from Tuesday to Saturday, as well as Friday and Saturday lunchtimes. Our restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Le chef Ilane Tinchant
Having honed his skills with some of the world's finest, notably at La Villa Madie*** and under the direction of chef Sylvestre Wahid**, Ilane Tinchant has continued to hone his skills and multiply his undeniable talent tenfold. Today, he is in charge of the kitchens at Hôtel Bleu's gourmet restaurant, L'Oursin.
