- Opening hours : The restaurant L\'Oursin welcomes you from Wednesday to Saturday from 12h to 14h and from Tuesday to Saturday from 19h30 to 21h00. Our restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Having honed his skills with some of the world's finest, notably under the direction of chef Sylvestre Wahid**, Ilane Tinchant has continued to hone his skills and multiply his undeniable talent tenfold. Today, he is in charge of the kitchens at Hôtel Bleu's gourmet restaurant, L'Oursin.
